Ordering and delivery

A problem with my order, who can I contact?

If you encounter a problem (package in poor condition, *order not received/incomplete, ect), we invite you to contact our Customer Service by e-mail at the following address: sav.imimpose@im-impose.com or using the form on the "Contact us" page.

 

Our service is available from Monday to Friday, and your complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible. hats

Can I order your products if I don't live in Switzerland?

We distribute our products worldwide. All you have to do is enter your full delivery address when you select the destination country when placing your order.

What's your carrier's name?

 

Our parcels are handled and delivered by La Poste CH, as well as the carriers in the country of dispatch. Private carriers may also take care of your delivery. The name of the carrier will be indicated when the tracking number is sent.

What is the delivery time?

 

Switzerland: 2 to 5 working days 

 

Abroad: 3 to 25 working days (excluding customs clearance time)

 

 

 

What are the customs charges?

 

We have no control over customs charges. Each country may or may not impose customs duties. We can't comment on these charges, which vary according to each country's schedule. Customs charges are not to be confused with shipping charges, which we inform you of when you place your order.
